Specifically designed to keep nozzle velocity from direct contact with wall of well bore.

Hardbanding is present around ports on some of the tools to prevent wear on the shoulder above the plug on the O.D. of the tool.

• Positive Relief Disc Lock Nuts
  • Restore mud flow by pressuring up internally to blow the positive relief discs.
  • Discs will burst within 200 lbs. of the designed pressure, leaving 2 half inch up ports at 22° angle.
  • Pressure ratings from 2000 PSI (14.0 KPA) to 5000 PSI (34.5 KPA) in 1000 PSI increments.
  • Insure the pipe is filled while running in the hole.
  • All plugs specially heat treated for hardness consistency.
  • Bursting discs regulary shop tested for consistency.
